Middle East Airspace Disruptions
Dear customers from the Middle East,
Due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, airspace restrictions have led to the suspension of all flights to the region until further notice. This development has also impacted westbound air connectivity, as most current routings transit through the Middle East.
As a result, customers may experience significant delays in shipments which have been sent to the Middle East, Europe, and Africa since Thursday, 26 February 2026.
Due to escalating security risks and formal airspace closures, services are currently suspended to the following destinations:

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do! Except USA at the moment. All orders are shipped via Singapore Post using registered mail. A tracking number will be provided.
Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?
Unfortunately, we no longer offer order combination. Please double-check the items you wish to purchase before checking out.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Singapore: 2–3 days
- Malaysia: Approximately 1 week
- Rest of the world: 2–4 weeks (up to 2 months in rare cases)
I received my order, but there’s a defect in the product.
If you notice any defects, please contact us at https://yvecz.bigcartel.com/contact. While we do not offer refunds, we’ll gladly send a replacement once the defective product is returned to us. (This does not apply to original artwork pieces.)
It’s been over a month, and my order hasn’t arrived.
Customs delays can affect shipping times. If your order hasn’t arrived within a month, please contact us for assistance.
Can I get a refund or change my order after placing it?
We do not accept refunds or order changes for preorders, so please ensure you’re committed to your purchase during the preorder or purchase period.
What happens if my order is returned due to being unclaimed?
If your order is returned to us because it was unclaimed, we can resend it to you. However, you will need to cover the shipping fee for registered airmail.
